The lady called and almost yelled at me that I have payment past due. Actually I already paid off the total balance then I closed the card and removed the card account from my online banking, so I won't see if I have past due or any information. But turned out the bank still charged me the interests, which is $2.84. It's okay to pay but the lady's attitude is extremely no manner and like i was like a bad person to hide from them for not paying their bank.
I only feel insulted when I have the conversation with her.
