NEVER, NEVER do business with these POS people. They are unprofessional, sneaky, unresponsive, and totally without merit.

Watch out which big box stores credit cards you use. Citibank "manages" their accounts and they try to get you to pay twice for the same thing even when you have proof that the bill was paid. They also call to "remind" you that your payment is due days before is really due saying that "well, it might be late".

Their customer service (if you can call it that) is some snot nose kid right out of college who doesn't have a clue what he's doing, has no authority and couldn't possibly solve a complex problem involving double billing. Sad, very sad.
