I had a BEST BUY credit card. I used it but not everyday.
NEVER late on payments, never had outstanding balances. I get notified by CREDIT KARMA that my account was closed! I dont close accounts due to the negative effect it tends to have on your score. When I contact Citibank, they are like your account is closed.
I said why? They said due to inactivity. That others may need credit and I had an open line of credit and wasnt using it. WTF.
They said that they sent me a letter USPS, and two emails. BUT COULD NOT produce any of those things to prove that they sent it.
Product or Service Mentioned: Best Buy Credit Card.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $5000.
Preferred solution: Reinstate my credit card and report to the credit beaureu.
Citibank Cons: Suck.
