I really hate writing bad reviews but I recommend you stay clear of this bank. I have had so many issues with them and them not being able to accurately track my money.

Citibank - Lies and fibs

Do not be a Citibank customer the branch staff told me one thing about even if my statement cycle ends and I get direct deposit even if it’s aftwr but within in same month I don’t get charge a fee now the system says another disputing this charge because I was told one thing and now the rep telling me another. They lie and fib. Do not be a citi customer.
