THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE *** BIG TIME.

THEY MAKE YOU WAIT FOR AN HOUR, THEN WHEN SOMEBODY PICKS UP IT IS FROM OUT OF THE U.S.A. AND YOU CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING.AS MUCH MONEY AS PEOPLE PAY THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE PEOPLE THAT SPEAK ENGLISH. IF THE CITIBANK CAN NOT DO THIS, THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE A ROSETTE STONE CD WITH YOUR LOAN AGREEMENT AT THE BANK AT SIGNING TIME. I RECOMMENED THAT NO ONE DOES BUSSINESS WITH CITBANK, IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.WHAT ELSE MAKES ME MAD IS THAT IF YOU WANT TO PAY OVER THE PHONE IT IS AN OTHER $15.00.

THAN THEY NO IT IS ONLY $14.95 BIG DEAL! THEY ARE STILL RIPPING PEOPLE OFF DAY IN AND DAY OUT SO BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET IN THIS TRAP.
