I use Citibank as a secondary account for travel expenses and sometimes for groceries. They try to force you to pay your bills with Citibank or else they charge you a penalty fee every month.
Also, they frequently shut down your debit/credit card usage without much reason even though they say it has something to do with fraud protection.
You are hardly ever able to connect with a bank branch for a follow up and the customer service agents are hard to understand due to being not native or fluent English speakers likely to cut costs. I'd rather stand in line at the DMV than open another account with this bank.
