I agree 100%. After receiving the run-around phone, with no results and rude customer service, I now have to drive 400 miles to a branch with documents in order to close an account. Terrible !!!

I have citi double cash credit card. After I paid almost 5 days , they didn't posted on my account. And then machine taking wrong amount from their bank. Don't call citi bank, don't hope they will slove. Just call right away to store what did wrong charge. Not happy at all citi bank credit card. If I know bad service like that I won't use that card. I won't accept their service.Bank of america can slove that position but that citi bank couldn't do anything

I called to put my credit card on hold because I misplaced it and the automated system automatically cancelled the card. It must have picked up exterior noise but there was no way to reverse this. Even though I spent the next 20 minutes lying to 4 different representatives. Now I have to change all the standing orders on this business card. Pissed
