Citifinancial mtg received paymenton the 28th, but posted it to our account as a 31st date causing 30+ late on our credit report, resulting in the inability to get a consolidation loan. Since that time, things have gone down hill because I am the bread winner and not my husband, a 100% disabled Vet. We have been forced to file bankruptcy over less than 15000.00, and all our creditors have been kind and patient with the exception of Citifinancial Mortgage who calls us daily although they know payment will be wired in one week. The rep is a rude ghetto sounding girl with a chip on her shoulder who actually said she will call daily until payment is received, and not our attorney. She threatens to accellerate our account making it all due now, despite the bankruptcy and the attorney. I have decided to write a complaint to the President, but there is no such person apparently... At least I can't find one. Apparently this is why they get away with what they do. As soon as I am back on my feet, I am changing the lender to someone who actually obeys the law. Big businesses have zero heart and apparently Citi-etc. is too big to give a ***, I hope Citifinancial and our personally assigned representative get what they deserve when they meet God along side the Social Security Reps who deny disabled Vets for half baked reasons forcing them to wait years and lose part of their money to attorneys they should never have to hire.
